Inappropriate?CrispyFire Spicy Gourmet Popcorn. We have a Hot White Cheddar on the way as well. The product looks and tastes like regular popcorn, but has a medium heat that builds as you eat more.

-
great recommendation! the Stone Ruination IPA Curry Mustard sounds delicious. have you ever tried their mustards? -
Yes - I have it in the fridge right now. Their strawberry BBQ, their "Chronic" (it's not that hot) BBQ sauce, the Curry Mustard and the Oaked Stone Arrogant Bastard Hot Sauce - all great with sausages. -
Inappropriate?We like http://jamesranch.net/
-
A Durango, CO producer, very nice! We're looking for great meat producers and they look like they raise grass-finished beef and "whey-good" pork. Awesome find. Thanks! -

http://www.gabysgourmetgranola.com/
-
Awesome find. Looks great. What is your favorite variety of granola that she makes? -
Its tough to pick just one, but Pine Nut Anise is my Fav! really great as a pie crust too. -
pine nut anise granola as a pie crust, that's brilliant! Sounds delish :) -
Inappropriate?I really love Sôcôla Chocolates -- based in Oakland, founded by two Vietnamese-American sisters. Their decadent truffles feature some inspired flavors like one with champagne (made in honor of their grandma's sparkling personality), durian, and of course, The Notorious H.O.G. (featuring smoky Niman Ranch bacon infused ganache).

LaBelle Winery is a small, award-winning, boutique winery that specializes in transforming local fruit into fine New Hampshire wine to enjoy with friends and family.
http://www.labellewinerynh.com/ -
Sounds delicious and what a great idea. I also enjoy fruit wine from Bartlett's in Maine (love their loganberry dessert wine). Unfortunately alcoholic beverages aren't a category we're selling through Foodzie at this point. Thanks for the idea!
Susie -
Inappropriate?Breads from La Farm bakery, baked by supreme French artisan baker Lionel Vatinet...real country French breads, made with mixed grains... made with integrity by a baker whose mission is to educate others about good bread:
www.lafarmbakery.com -
Hi Lila, Neat idea. It's great to see an artisan bread baker with the ability to ship, especially from a baker who has the pedigree I see Lionel has of my fave bakeries! I know some people who've moved away from their favorite bakeries who would love to have such bread delivered. We'll definitely look into this!
Thanks

Susie -
Inappropriate?I love kakao chocolates in St. Louis, MO. They make amazing little truffles and really good hazelnut spread. Since I moved away from St. Louis I miss them, and I always get their stuff at the farmer's market when I am back visiting. http://www.kakaochocolate.com/

Debby, awesome tip. Their varieties look incredible! Artisan "nutella." Yum. Will definitely contact them!
Thanks,
Susie -

Inappropriate? You need to try Hickory Smoked Oil from Wannabeeefarms.
Like they say, "No Joke, It's Real Smoke!"
www.wannabeefarms.com
I’m excited
-
Hi Clark, Thanks for the idea!
Do you use this oil often and if so what are some ways that you use it? I once left a hamburger on a grill too long and it got smoked so I liked the story. :)
Susie -
Inappropriate? This is a great finishing oil. Designed to just give food that wonderful real smoked flavor. I like to mix just a few drops in some mayonnaise for use on sandwiches. My wife makes great vinegrettes out of it and roasted veggies turn out wonderful.

Inappropriate?Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. I don't know where to get it outside of Jamaica...
-
Hi George,
I see it once in a while at local roasters. If you can't find it in your area, there are various roasters online that have it...and if you do end up experimenting and find a particularly great one, we'd love to hear.
Good luck on your coffee quest! I can relate to that. :)
Susie -
Inappropriate? How about Tom and Dave's coffee in San Rafael, CA? They've got the best espresso around. More coffee choices would be great!
-
Where were you when I needed you??!!
Just this past Sunday I was searching for the best coffee in San Rafael and didn't see their name. Now I am intrigued and will definitely get in touch with them!
:) Susie -
Inappropriate? If you have been thinking about ice-cream or ice cream products 'The Ridgefield Ice Cream Shop' in Ridgefield CT is fabulous. They use vintage machines to make their ice cream so no air is pumped in to freeze it. If shipping the ice cream is an issue they also have awesome sauces and toppings!
203-438-3094
I’m craving....
-
You've got me craving some too. :) We're definitely open to ice cream and I love the fact that they use vintage machines. Very cool. We will reach out to them. Thanks for the recommendation! -

Inappropriate?I would like Deep River Snacks gourmet potato chips added to your site. They are the most flavorful chips I have ever tasted.
I’m excited about getting these chips

Wow how incredibly exciting to discover! I'm hungry for them already. Thanks for the tip! -
Inappropriate? When I lived in Montana, they had amazing tea at this company:
http://www.montanatea.com/
My favorite was Montana Gold and I have yet to find something equivalent! -
Inappropriate?Another couple suggestions:
www.gailambrosius.com - best dark chocolate truffles I have had - and made with no preservatives so you have to eat them within two weeks (as if they'd last that long)
http://www.candinas.com/ - These guys have a wonderful little chocolate biz where flavors change by season and their store in downtown Madison is just beautiful - kind of like walking into a jewelry store. There's nothing but some simple wall art, fancy lighting, and a single display case of their chocolates. Just as it should be!
I’m happy
-
Love the ideas. Every time I hear about these Wisconsin food companies I realize I have to get there asap on a food fest! Thanks chokolaj :) -
Inappropriate?- blue chair jams - http://bluechairfruit.com/
- blue bottle coffee - http://www.bluebottlecoffee.net/

I’m happy
-
Inappropriate? There are so many people's suggestions that I want to second: Blue Bottle Coffee! Theo Chocolate! The whole long and fabulous list for the Brooklyn food scene!
I'll add three more: One Girl Cookies (the whoopie pies are the standouts) http://www.onegirlcookies.com/, Jeni's ice creams http://jenisicecreams.com/, and Vermont Smoke and Cure http://www.vtsmokeandcure.com/
I used to run an artisanal food site Finders Eaters (sigh, it is no longer, but I'm so glad to see you guys rocking it!!! Congrats!!) and I can attest that they were all also lovely to work with. One Girl was especially fab with their customer service.
I’m glad to find this site exists.
