Inappropriate?I'm not sure what a 'blue sheet' is but I’m assuming you're talking about a service visit. Each dealership is independently owned and they are responsible for providing quality service. I would recommend that you speak to the dealership's service manager and then the owner/managing partner of the dealership if you feel you are not being treated properly by their service department.
