poor quality product , poor customer service, shade tree mechanics
I have an 05 explorer with 50,000. miles. its in the shop for the second time in 3 weeks for the rear differential failing (which cost me 1500 to fix).I look on the web and find its an epidemic! why is ford not standing behind their product? the dealer tried to tell me the noise was in the front end the second time it went out, probably due to the fact they are going to eat the cost on that one .its not a 4x4 no gears in front! maybe they should have said it was the wangdoodle or snobgobbler they might have had me then! Answer that ford rep! I have 3 fords ,2 i bought new at that dealership, but I will not buy another.
the little faces on the page isnt the jesture i would like to give ford

Inappropriate?First, I thank you for your support of Ford Motor Company in the past with your vehicle purchases. I'm not sure what happened in your situation. I would recommend you call Ford Customer Service Relationship Center at 800-392-3673. Have your VIN, the repair order (if possible), the name of your dealership and the name of the person you spoke to at the dealership. The CRC Representative would be in the best position to help you resolve your concern. They can conduct an inquiry into your concern with the dealership.
I hope that when you are in the market again for a new vehicle, you will give Ford another chance. There are some exciting new vehicles such as the new Taurus and the Fusion Hybrid. Again, I thank you for your past support and I hope that we can gain you back as a customer.
