Inappropriate?I brought the used car I just purchased in for service. The ac didn't work, Something was wrong with one of the windows and the car would squeal and pop when I turn the wheel. The warranty was 5 or so miles from expiring and when i got the car back I was told everything was fixed. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Nothing was. Now I am stuck with several thousand dollars in repairs because the service dept will not even look at the car without charging me.

If this is correct and you are not happy with the service you received, please contact our Customer Relationship Center so that an agent can formerly review your concern. Have the name of the dealership and person you spoke to available as well as your VIN.
