How about adding a link here and to both faqs to the existing cities list? I'm new and don't know whether my city (Washington, DC) is even on the list! My version of the site seems to be defaulting to New York City. Clicking on New York City did not provide me with a list of cities. I haven't been able to find it anywhere. How do I know whether it makes sense to sign up in the first place? -

Anxious to see the "vote to bring Foursquare to your city" system. I guess it does make sense to roll things out in stages though. It allows you to keep on top of adoption rates.

Inappropriate?This brings up an interesting question. I live in Washington, DC proper, but I work and party outside the district (in the DC suburbs in VA and MD) probably about 75% of the time. I've just been adding those venues with their correct street address with their correct city and state, but selecting "Washington, DC" from the "In..." drop down. I am assuming this is totally fine? -

Inappropriate?Has Foursquare looked into crowdsourcing adding new cities? I am in a city with about 200k people and doubt I will see it added any time soon. Dennis, can you give us a simplified rundown of what it takes to add a new city?
