Simultaneously checks in to locations that are far from each other, steals mayorships for all the major venues and creates duplicate venues so he can be mayor. I've physically been at venues while he checks in and yet, he is nowheres to be found.
Please stop this guy. PDX is a great foursquare town and he is ruining it for us all.-
Can someone please look into this? This guy is seriously ruining the Portland foursquare experience. False checkins, duplicate locations, incorrect tags. This guy is the mayor of many iconic businesses, but I can personally attest that he is nowheres around when he checks in. Please delete this cheater and his dupe locations. He's really killing the motivation behind local mayoral races...

Total check-ins 2224, nights out 71 = 30+ check-ins per day. At least he is consistent!
Alarm bells should be ringing when someone checks in even 20x per day. -

This guy has more badges than I've ever seen. I like how he ousted me as the mayor of the local Walmart a half hour before unlocking a badge at Stanford University 2000 miles away. He also has been to NYC, SFO, and even South Africa in the past week.-
Oh he's a cheater all right but there are people who actually legitimately have more badges!

This user just ousted me as the mayor of my work and I've never seen her here before, and she only has 2x here, yet I have 7x. How does that work?
User's location on Twitter is Indonesia but constantly checks into NYC venues, almost all of which have the word "Girl" in the title. Has checked into neighborhoods that are relatively far apart within 2 minute, etc.

Well seperate things:
Mayorships are not based on total checkins, but checkin DAYS within the past 60. I'm guessing you don't check into your work that often if you only have 7x total.
Other issue, it seems like Indonesia has a severe case of cheating as many of the users there use the mobile web to checkin and accrue badges all over the world. I'd guess the user who ousted you is trying to get the Gossip Girl badge and thinks that's the way to go about it. -

Ah, yes, I am totally lazy about checking in at work, because there's not much competition, so that makes sense.
And I take it the mobile web version has no way of verifying location by GPS, correct? So technically someone could just direct themselves to the m.foursquare.com site and check in from any computer? Boo! -

A ton of people with 60+ badges are cheaters, a couple aren't though (db is not a cheater as are a couple others with tons of badges). Some of these folks are so blatant it's ridiculous. -

I'm amazed at how are these people are still members. One of the guys had over 12000 in 88 days. Over 136 checkins per day and you still get an account? I know it has no effect on me, but really? Why allow it? -
