I tried to update for the first time and I got a text back saying, "sorry, this service is unavailable for your current service plan." I have t-mobile. do you not support it?

Call T-Mobile and ask them. This is a known issue with some family plans and prepaid plans. -

Going to do anything about T-Mobile To Go blocking Foursquare? Telling users to call T-Mobile is useless. T-Mobile lied to customers left and right when they were blocking Twitter:
