Account password format changed since I created my account.
I have had an account for several years, and at some point your password format has changed which doesn't allow 1 or more of the special characters I have used. Anytime I try to login through the website, it states that the id or password is incorrect. If I ask your system to email me the password, it states the email address doesn't exist. I have tried all the email address I may have used when I originally created my account. I know that my id and password are correct because I still have some machines that are still synchronizing. I am just having problems adding my account to a new machine. I would like to keep my current account; just have the password reset to your currently accepted password format.
