Compatibility issues with X-Marks and Firefox 3.5.2?
Ever since i updated Firefox to version 3.5.2, i have not been able to sync my bookmarks. I keep getting an error: "Failed to parse server response."
I have been reading on the forums that some people are having issues with compatibility problems with the latest version of Firefox. So my question is two-fold. Is this an X-Marks issue, and if so, is there a patch coming? And If not, should i roll back Firefox?
Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hey Rob,
First, if you could post the last 10 lines of your logfile, that will be extremely helpful. You can open it here: Firefox->Tools->Xmarks Settings->Advanced->Show logfile
Xmarks for Firefox is compatible with Firefox 3.5.2, but there have been upgrade issues with Firefox itself, which manifest in corrupted Firefox profiles.
You can wait until I look at your logfile, or you can skip a step and start fresh with a new Firefox profile. Directions are here:

Inappropriate?Nate,
Here are the lines you wanted,m they are from the last time it would not sync up.:

Today i logged in, and a new version of X-Marks was waiting when i opened up Firefox, version 3.3.3, and that seems to be working just fine.
You guys over there must have been reading my mind. Thanks for your ehlp, and i hope those lines of code can help you out.
Thanks,
Rob.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hey Rob,
I'm glad you're back up and running!! The error in your old logfile looks like a network connectivity issue with our servers. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks -
Inappropriate?nate: "..or you can skip a step and start [a]fresh with a new Firefox profile. "
- that's a fairly serious recommendation. It sounds like fixing Windows with a reformat.
Under what circumstances would anyone subscribing to Xmarks have to start all over again with a new 'Firefox profile'? At what risk are our bookmarks when that happens?
