Inappropriate?THe above answer is of absolutely no help. What does error8162 mean? I am getting this with the Linux client and the system dates are correct.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused! Can you post a snippet of your logfile? To do so, go to:
Firefox->Tools->Xmarks->Xmarks Settings->Advanced Tab-> Show log file
From there, scroll down to the bottom and copy and paste 5 lines above and below the error 8162 message.
