firefox 3.5.2 / 3.5.3 https problem
since firefox updated to 3.5.2 xmarks blocks https site access. if xmarks is unabled, no problem. if it's enabled, no way to access any https site. it won't synchronize either. today firefox updated to 3.5.3 which didn't help either.

Inappropriate?We haven't seen this problem here, so I suspect it's something specific to your configuration.
Can you provide any more information? What kind of error messages are you seeing? If Xmarks can't sync, what do you see in the Xmarks logs? -
Inappropriate?when xmarks is installed, i get this firefox error code at start:

it is impossible to access any https site as long as xmarks is enabled.
when i disable xmarks i get the first error code at start, but not the second. i can then access all https sites without problem.
the typical xmarks logfile of a session is :

the first three lines appear immediately. this would stay so. when you tell xmarks to synchronize now, the status window appears, trying to connect. it stays trying until you cancel. then the fourth line appears. if you try to run setup, only the first window appears. neither the "next" nor the "cancel" button would react. you can only shut it by clicking the shutdown cross in the above right corner.
if you try to force synchronization by clicking several times "synchronize now" you get this:

xmarks doesn't synchronize any more (since the update to firefox 3.5.2 resp. 3.5.3). there were no other changes made to this computer. before the updates xmarks did synchronize my bookmarks with my other computers. turning off the firewall and/or the antivirus doesn't help either. deinstalling and reinstalling xmarks didn't solve the problem as well.
