This error means that your username and/or password are invalid on the server you are using. Check your username and password in the Foxmarks Settings dialog and try again.
Note that both usernames and passwords are case sensitive. This means that if you registered as JohnSmith, you won't be able to log in as johnsmith. For best results, use the same capitalization everywhere.
If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, click here.

Gaurav, the error message dosen't answer the question work. the company is wrong, please look into this matter -
Norm, I'm not sure what you mean. The "Unauthorized" error message usually happens if your username and password are incorrect. If you're seeing some other behavior, please provide full details so we can help further. Thanks! -
Gaurav, my Son set it up and then ran off to his Dad's. He forgot to mention the user name. I couldn't get it off the desk top on strart up for the last 4 days. It does not allow forgetting user name, now does it?
R U Human? -
Inappropriate?Debbie: You should be able to find the username under Tools > Foxmarks > Settings in the Firefox browser.
Also, Gaurav is very much human. I think.
