FOXMARKS SYNCING PROBLEMS DUE TO APPLE UPDATE INSTALLATION???

Is it possible that FoxMarks problems are due to Apple Software updating? Each time I update My Apple software (on Windows) there is a problem. I am given to understand that a service named Bonjour surreptitiously installed may be the culprit - any ideas.
