Foxmarks will "install" after restart....not.

Despite the amount of times I changed the Firefox version or Foxmarks version, it is stuck at "Firefox will install after restart", but it never does.
I used to have it, but It stopped synching around may [a long time ago i know] and sometime after i guess it kinda went incompatible.
I tried reinstalling the more recent version of foxmarks, and even changed the version of my firefox, but it still isn't installing.
...I even reset foxmark values from about:config. I googled too, but I guess I didn't search right or no one else really had a solution to this.

Oh and my xpinstall.enabled value is true, so there's no problem there.
And I don't have an app.extensions.version to reset the value.
