Help with syncing
my xmarks account is not doing what it's supposed to -- ie. synchonize between my home and work computers. I don't have any complicated settings, or separate sunc profiles; I just want to synchronize the two computers all the time. It used to work properly but not anymore.

Inappropriate?I have the same probleme, my computer at my work is synchroning normaly, but my personal computer (that worked before the xmarks new name) can't achieve to connect to my online bookmarks.

The easiest way to fix this is to create a new profile, with directions here:

Inappropriate?I'm having the same problem as the OP. Since the transition from Foxmarks to Xmarks, I've had problems with my computers syncing for a day or two, then stopping. I have to set up syncing all over again to get them to re-start.

Yes, I had tried that. Reading further, I decided to try uninstalling Xmarks for IE. IIRC, the problems started right around the time I installed it.

I think so, although I've been out and working only on one computer for the last day or so, so I'm not positive. Deleting the IE version seems to have straightened things out.
