How do I add a password to my sync file
I have enable the syncing of passwords in My.Foxmarks, and passwords are now showing as an option in Sync Profiles. Can you tell me how I add a password to the items to be synced.

Inappropriate? All passwords will be synced by default. If you don't want a password to be sync to another computer, create a profile, select "Passwords" from the drop-down and then uncheck that password in the list that appears.

Inappropriate?Gaurav,
Many thanks for the reply. I'm still lost as although I have been accessing sites and enterring passwords, I have nothing saved under Passwords in Sync Profiles on My.Foxmarks. Also, I cannot work out from the blog post as to where I look if I forget a password.
Am I expecting things to work differently than they actually do? I was expecting something where I could record my user names and passwords to the many different sites that need logging in. I imagined that this would sync with Foxmarks so that I could then check those details from home or work computers when logging in later.
Can you clarify how it actually works? Does it work on it's own, or does it work with Firefox's ability to remember passwords, which I have previously had turned off as I wasn't sure how secure this was?
Hoping you can help.
I’m still frustrated

Sorry for the confusion! It works only with the built-in Firefox ability to store usernames and passwords for sites, so you'll need to re-enable that if you'd like to synchronize your password data. For more information on that Firefox feature, check out this page on the Mozilla support site:
