How to Sync ALL Safari bookmarks

Safari has three sections to its bookmark list, Bookmark Bar, Bookmark Menu & Bookmarks (which is it's own section and not a subset of either of the previous two). Foxmarks seems to only be syncing the Bar and Menu and ignoring my bookmarks stored in Bookmarks. Is there a way to maintain this organization and still sync all my bookmarks?
