Icon in the menu bar placed weird.

First thing I've noticed after I installed Xmarks on Leopard and Snow Leopard is that Xmarks icon is placed a bit higher in the menu bar than other icons. Xmarks is great but could you please fix this small issue because it spoils good impression of the program.

Inappropriate?Agreed. It also needs to be black (versus dark grey) to conform to Apple's guidelines.
