Keep IE Favorites and Firefox Bookmarks separate?
When you synch Xmarks in both IE and Firefox, are the favorites and bookmarks merged or kept separate?

Inappropriate?Hi,
Your bookmarks and IE Favorites are merged together into a single set of bookmarks. If you want to keep some just for IE and others just for Firefox you can use our sync profiles feature to set that up.

Inappropriate?I have merged my IE and Firefox bookmarks but I don't want my IE bookmarks in a separate "From Internet Explorer" folder. What's the best way to merge these please?

If you ended up with "From Internet Explorer", then you did not use xmarks to merge. You used Firefox import feature. If you installed xmarks for IE and xmarks for Firefox and went through the initial setup for both xmarks would of merged the files in the appropriate folders. However you have to be careful when merging/synch over time. If you are not, you will end up with "Bookmarks Toolbar" on Firefox changed to "Links" and Bookmarks Menu change to something else as well. So what ever you do, do not do a full upload/overwrite using xmarks|IE or it will alter the "Bookmark Toolbar" when you go to sync or merge using xmarks|firefox.
