Metrging multiple json files
I need to merge two json backups into a single file. Can this be done .. or is it handeled automatically by foxmarks if I sync, then restore from the second json backup file, then sync again?

Inappropriate? It should be handled by Foxmarks, assuming the restore doesn't overwrite what's already in your bookmark store, and instead just adds new bookmarks to it.

Inappropriate?I have searched for this answer forever -- months!!! I finally figured it out and now feel very dumb, cuz it's quite simple! In FF ( I have 3.5.3 ) click Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup -> Upload HTML (make sure you then export that as html file as well & create a backup !!)
See simple.... and if you have .json files you can also restore that from Import & Backup section (or from xmarks) and then export as html and then you'll have an html file same as your original .json file to do with as you wish!
Hope I Helped!
I’m excited
