my bookmarks were deleted on sync
I went to sync my bookmarks (from Firefox) from two different computers. Instead of syncing them, it deleted my one set of bookmarks. The whole reason I got xmarks was to be able to sync from different computers, and now I am out of luck....
Is there any way to find a copy of my old bookmarks from the one computer on your servers somewhere so I can save them?
Please help!

Inappropriate?It happend to me to.
When i was using foxmarks everything went well.
Since I started using XMarks, it happend a few times. The first times I thought I did something wrong.
But now all my bookmarks I maded yesterday are gone!
Please, could some body look into this? -

If you've synchronized successfully with Xmarks or Foxmarks in the past, you should be able to recover older versions of your bookmarks via the "Explore & Restore" tool available at http://my.xmarks.com/
Otherwise, Firefox also includes a backup of your bookmarks in the Bookmark Organizer, though it might be too late now to recover from there.
I've never seen a case where Xmarks caused total bookmark loss, though, so it's worrying to me to hear of two cases of this. Sometimes problems in the Firefox profile folder can cause bookmark loss, though; I'm fairly sure that's what happened here. For more details on that problem, please consult the Mozilla support site:

Inappropriate?It sure is happening to me too. I loved Foxmarks, never had a problem. Now after "upgrading" to XMarks my "home" profile is empty after sync, and now all I have is a work profile. All the home bookmarks are gone. They are gone from the Firefox Bookmark Organizer, too, replaced by my work profile bookmarks, which sure weren't here before sync. Using Explore and Restore I had to go back to February. Something is really wrong.
