Foxmarks for Safari

Only some Safari bookmarks synced.

Foxmarks for Safari only syncs bookmarks in my Bookmarks Menu and Bookmarks Bar, but it skips all rest of my Bookmarks (the ones I see when I select Show All Bookmarks). Will syncing these bookmarks be supported in the future? I store a lot of bookmarks in this area of Safari.
