Premission settings for passwords and bookmarks

Directory style permissions for each profile. Download only(read only), Sync(read-write), Download only on first sync per session(on first sync client downloads only it doesn't upload changes and subsequent syncs are read-write).
The last one(ro on first sync only) would be especially helpful in corporate and portable environments. The passwords and other data such as cookies could be cleared at the end of each session and the blank sync items won't clear the server copies. Currently the blank copy of the passwords file is taken by Foxmarks as a signal to clear the server stored passwords. In the corporate environment this would keep profiles clear of personal data without having to carry the passwords around on a drive or leaving them in the profiles' stored passwords file. The portable advantage is if one looses one's thumbdrive with a protable install of FF the passwords won't be on it, but you can still use the sync'ed passwords without them being stored on the drive.
