remove xmarks from a distant pc
Hello! I resigned from a law firm recently and was not able to remove firefox due to admin settings on the company PC. All of my firefox and XMARKS bookmarks, saved passwords, etc. are on that PC. How can I remove that info - especially the bookmarks - from my home PC and disallow someone else to access that info from that PC? I thought of resetting my xmarks password on my home PC; will that do the trick? I really want to make sure my bookmarks aren't being viewed on another PC. Please advise. Thank you!

Inappropriate?Off the top of my head I can't think much that can guarantee that your bookmarks are removed. You could delete all of your bookmarks so that the next time Xmarks on your work machine synchronized it would remove them all as well. (And then create a new account to use on your home machine.) If you change your password then your work machine won't be able to get any new changes, meaning it'll stay exactly how it looks right now.
Hope this helps!
