Safari won't synch.

So, I just added Foxmarks on two computers. I used the first to create the account, and did the initial sync. Then I went to the second computer and did a server replace from there. Now, where I do a "download" on the first machine it runs, but no bookmarks change. Specifically, there should be a new folder in my bookmarks toolbar, but none shows up. It is there when I view my.foxmarks.com, however. Thanks for any help!
