Sharing error on sync attempt
Getting error [source: windows, id:32]. Error while opening CreateFile [{URLname}] Help! It appears no sync has occurred at all... Using IE 8.0. I tried taking indexing off of the Favorites folder. No luck.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Is any other program using that particular file? Also, can you delete that file manually, and see if you can sync after that? Hopefully we can get this taken care of quickly!
