Some favicons load, most do not...
In Firefox latest version, since I did a Xmarks sync, some favicons load properly and most do not. I checked the page info, it doesn't seem to matter if they are .gif or .ico... some look good, most are just the little folder default. Very bummed as I like my bookmarks toolbar loaded with favicons.
Can I return to earlier date? (System restore didn't help)
Am I missing a setting. I NEVER use Internet Explorer.

Inappropriate?I think this might be due to a new "feature" in Firefox where it won't store favicons that are larger than a certain size. Check the size of the favicons for the sites in question and see if they're larger than several kilobytes, and that might be your smoking gun.
