Still Error 3 - Log File
Since a couple of weeks I get an error 3 on synchronization.
No, creating a new profile doesn't help.
All other user suggested fixes won't help, too (tried all I could find).
Here is the tail of my xmarks log file:
[2009-10-11 14:33:46] Finished merge; calculating mcs
[2009-10-11 14:33:47] Exception in AcceptNodes: InternalError: script stack space quota is exhausted
[2009-10-11 14:33:47] Returned error: Unknown error occurred (3).(3)
[2009-10-11 14:33:47] Will retry at Sun Oct 11 2009 14:49:01 GMT-0500 (CDT)
Staff, why don't you let the users post their error messages? This helps certainly more than suggesting to go through the painful process of creating new profiles.

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.

Inappropriate?Eric has answered a similar issue for someone else in this thread...

Inappropriate? In that thread, Eric says it is about the amount of changes that have to be synchronized, and about the number of bookmarks (if I understand correctly). I first thought it was only about the amount of bookmarks.
So I cleaned up my bookmarks, reducing their number. Although i don't think I had very many of them (before like 200, now 150 or so).
From then on, the synchronization succeeded. This is kind of in contrast to what Eric said, because by deleting bookmarks, I actually increased the number of changes that had to be synchronized...
Thought you might be interested.
Btw Firefox is 3.0.14 and Xmarks is 3.3.2
I’m wondering
