Sync size warnings, then duplicate bookmarks, then firefox hanging on sync.

I started getting warnings that my sync size had changed when nothing had changed (and a check of my bookmarks showed they were still there), then all of a sudden I start getting tons of duplicate bookmarks, and then firefox started hanging when xmarks tried to sync.

I tried force closing firefox and it would happen again as soon as I reopened.
Foxmarks for Safari then started spitting tons of "Orphan" messages in my logs.

I had to disable both to get my mac to start acting right and so I could even open firefox.
(I had to open in safe mode and disable the plugin since it would hang as soon as opening)
