Unknown error when synchronizing in Firefox 3.0.10 on Windows Vista
I have two computers, both using Xmarks with the same version of Firefox (3.0.10). The XP computer syncs just fine, the Vista computer gives an error - "Unknown error occurred (3). We just encountered an unknown error(number is 3). Please visit our help page."
The last time I was able to successfully synchronize on this computer was April 29th. Please help!!!

Sorry for the delayed response! Are you still experiencing this error? To start troubleshooting this issue, can you first try a download on your Vista machine? You can find download in Firefox->Tools->Xmarks->Xmarks Settings-> Advanced Tab.
If that doesn't work for you, I'd try a new Firefox Profile, and a fresh installation of Xmarks. You can find directions to create a new profile here:

Inappropriate?I tried a new firefox profile, since I did not wish to lose the bookmarks saved on the Vista computer, and it worked. Thank you for the reply!
