Where did my Foxmarks/Xmarks go?
I'm running Windows Vista, am running Firefox 3.0.8.
I've just tried to install xmarks 3.0.1 several times, have restarted my browser and my computer several times, and I just can't seem find xmarks on my browser anywhere.
I've looked under the Tools menu. It's not even in the 'add ons' window. There's no 'sync' button, and my bookmarks have not been updated for a while. So I'm assuming that, xmarks isn't installing properly...
What should I do? Thanks.

Inappropriate?Bump.

Inappropriate?I do have the same problem, but sometime I get it back the next day.
One trick: I click on Add-on then on Xmarks where I can sync!

Inappropriate?Hi Jochris. Thanks for the tip :0)
Unfortunately, xmarks doesn't even come up in my add-ons menu :0(
I've just had to go back to using an old version of Foxmarks.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi Sunbeam!
Ok but sorry ! Contact the owner, it's a very smart guy! -
Inappropriate?Eek, sorry for the delayed response--we've had quite a busy month!
I suspect the behavior you're seeing is due to corrupt extension files as described on the Mozilla support site here:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/U...
Try the solution they describe and let us know if that helps at all! -
Inappropriate?I tried this with my Xmarks issue but it had no effect.
