Inappropriate?Removing the current Foxmarks data it works again:
1. stop Foxmarks for Safari
2. remove (or move to other place) the directory ~/Library/Foxmarks
3. restart Foxmarks for Safari

Inappropriate?Ok - I uninstalled and reinstalled and so far so good again.

Inappropriate? We've found that downloading can sometimes fix this problem, too, but I'm glad to hear folks found other solutions!

Inappropriate? This didn't work for me. To be sure exactly what to do, would someone spell out the EXACT steps (how/where to move things around) please. I'm not geeky enough to know how or exactly what you're meaning to do. Thanks.
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Bill: The ~/Library/Foxmarks directory is located off your Home directory in the Finder. The other option, downloading, is under:
Foxmarks for Safari Settings: Advanced: Download -
Inappropriate? This fixed this problem that's existed for several months with Safari bookmarks not being synced. My MBPro was upgraded to Safari 4.0, and today from Foxmarks to Xmarks. There was apparently a corruption in the bookmarks file in Safari. Deleting the old Xmarks folder in the library, then running Xmarks to sync with the bookmarks from the website cured the problem and reconstructed my bookmarks.
Thanks for the tip.

I’m Relieved and Satisfied.

Inappropriate?Doesn't work. Trashing the old Foxmarks folder and restarting simply causes me to have to run the setup wizard again, then login - at which point Foxmarks crashes.

Yeah, it says "Sync Finished," in the log, but in Foxmarks prefs it says "Last sync: <not>."</not>
I’m tired of having to do tedious troubleshooting to get Foxmarks to work
