Why are my bookmarks messed up every time after synchronization?

My bookmarks in my xmarks account are messed up after every synchronization. I want them alphabetized with some exceptions, but I got randomize list (or created after some logic unclear to me - not mine for sure). This makes usage of this add-on pretty frustrating. this never happens before, with foxmark.
I installed xmarks for IE as well, but I am using it mainly with Firefox. The other difference from Foxmark usage is that I have created profiles for my various computers.
Whatever is the reason it makes me think of dropping this add-in which once ,as aa Foxmark, was perfect.
