'X marks Can't tell which folder versions should be retained'....this message on a drop down screen is appearing every 20 seconds. Impossible to get rid of. Suggestions for fix are welcome.

Inappropriate?In order to stop the continuos drop down message asking wihich folder version to retain, I deleted ALL my bookmark folders on the server

Inappropriate?Are you receiving these messages from the Firefox version of Xmarks, or IE, or Safari?

That's a very good question. I do not remember how I signed up with Xmarks and I am not sure how to tell which version I am using. But I assume you think if Firefox is my browser of choice I should be using the Firefox version of Xmarks. -

Try a manual Download, (Firefox->Tools->Xmarks->Xmarks Settings->Advanced->Download) This will overwrite your browser's bookmark set with what is contained on our servers, so double check your bookmarks at my.xmarks.com before you do so.
