XMarks can't find bookmarks?

I just upgraded to FireFox 3.5 and I'm using Xmarks. I keep getting a pop-up alert that says Xmarks can't find all of my bookmarks (says I have 538 but it can only find 3). When I open Xmarks all of my bookmarks are right where they belong. Any ideas?

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Hey Ed,

If your bookmarks are all there, try a manual upload to overwrite what is on our servers with your current bookmark set. You can do this here:

Firefox->Tools->Xmarks->Xmarks Settings->Advanced->Upload

If the message is still displaying, you might have a corrupted Firefox bookmark store that is causing Xmarks to be confused about your bookmark set.

You'd have to create a new Firefox profile, which directions are here:
