XMarks can't sync IE7 to existing FoxMarks server account
I have 2 computers, a Win XP Pro system with FireFox and IE7, and a laptop running Windows Home Premium, with FireFox and IE8. I've been using Foxmarks to synchronize my FireFox bookmarks, and I just decided to add XMarks for IE and have the same bookmarks on all my browsers. I started with the XP desktop, installed XMarks for IE 1.0.10, and told it to synchronize my bookmarks, deleting the IE bookmarks and overwriting them with the bookmarks on the server. The sync didn't complete and I got this error:
Internal error while writing to your Favorites [1001]; Error deleting local folder [32']; c:\documents and settings\karen ivy\favorites\Karen's Bookmarks\Computing.
What's wrong here? It didn't tell me to shut down IE before synchronizing. Help?

Inappropriate?OK, don't ask me what I did right, but - tried the sync again and it worked.

That specific error number (32) means that there was a Windows sharing error when we tried to delete the file (someone else was using it too). The other application must have stopped using it, allow us to delete it!
