Is there a way to export timesheets?
Hi there, I'm a new (but so far, very pleased!) FreeAgent user from Canada. :-)
Is there a way to export timesheet reports, or generate a pretty PDF version like you can do for invoices? One of my clients requires that I submit timesheets every week along with my invoice. I like the amount of detail in the Time Tracking / Report screen... now I just need a way to get that into a single-page file I can send to my client. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Right now there is no direct PDF export of timesheet reports, but it's something we'll be adding in the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime, all our pages have a separate printing style, so if you're on a Mac you can print directly to a PDF by clicking Print in the browser, then Save as PDF. Windows is a little trickier, but there are free programs available such as PDF Creator which do a similar job.

Inappropriate?Hey Olly, just following up on this... are you still planning to expand FA's time reporting capabilities?
I would love to be able to generate basic weekly and monthly timesheets for my clients. For example, showing the dates/hours worked per task for the specified time period, and then the weekly or monthly task subtotals and totals. And of course a nice header with the company logo (or at least the company/employee name). Not asking much, am I? ;-)
Right now I'm generating PDF timesheets in a separate app (which also serves as my desktop project timer, since there's no time-tracking widget available for FA yet) and then manually copying time entries into FA every few days.
I'd be happy to provide a timesheet mock-up in HTML/CSS, if that would help the dev team? -

We are indeed planning to do this. It got pushed to the back of the queue with all the other changes we've introduced lately, but it's something we're keen to look at soon.
Initially we are planning to improve the look of the existing reports page -- using the company logo and address, rather like the invoice page -- whilst retaining the project-centric approach.
Would this work for you? If you have a mock-up already feel free to send it over to olly at freeagentcentral dt com. It would be useful for us to see.

Inappropriate?Wow, This is exactly what I was coming to ask about also. I see that if I print to PDF on my Mac, the report looks pretty good, but I'd like to be able to select a date range more specific then the month for when I want the timesheet report based on. That and the ability to have our logo graphis at the top would be great!

Glad to see the comments have been added to the timesheet. Perfect!
The only suggestion I have is to perhaps modify the widths of the two info columns. It appears to be split 50/50, but I have lengthy project names, so I could use a lot more space for the date/project details and less for the client's name and address... say a 40/60 split instead, or even 35/65. That's just me being super-picky though. It's not a deal-breaker. ;-)
