If a member makes a coupon, how do other members find them all? I see it is in a button on their listing on our website for the individual member. But is there one location they can go to and find all coupons offered by all members? Either on our website or in the Members Area?
I see one of our members made a coupon and i want to help promote it and encourage others to make them.

There are many ways to promote member coupons. From your note it seems that you already know that the member listing already has a coupon or special offer button.
Additionally, the main member directory search page has a special offer button to show "ALL Member" coupons... plus the member's TCS website also offers a link to their coupons.
In the MMS Configuration > System Links > Coupon Links (various link choices) are there for you to use in your website. You can connect any one of these links to a button on your website to showcase ALL CHAMBER MEMBER COUPONS. The links offer various sorting functions of such coupons.
The members at the time of creating and publishing their coupons may automatically broadcast these out via Twitter, Facebook and the Chamber Social Network. If you have the Chamber Social Network activated with weekly DIGEST on, their coupons will be sent to all members once a week automatically early Monday mornings. Members who don't want a digest of everything for the previous week may opt out at any time.
The coupons are also converted automatically into MOBILE PHONE (.mobi compliant) view so members may use in their own texting or twitter promotions. This allows customers a way to show the special offer via the cell phone vs. printing them at time of their purchase.
