Barcode doesn't work ("This is a QR Code by TEC-10")
I got this on all the barcode readers. Most recently I got QuickMark and it will scan it, say "This is a QR Code by TEC-10" rather than doing anything else (like downloading the file). I can't find any information on how to get the barcode to work. Is there something I'm not doing right?

Inappropriate?QuickMark, which is one of the programs on FPPC listed under barcode reader, linked from under the barcode.

Both programs below give me the same code when I use the phone's camera on the barcode on FPPC.
