Hi, first you need to have HTC home plugin installed ( http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-d... ) then download the Customizer ( http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-d... ) unzip the file, copy the CAB to your device and install

Go to your Today Screen setting, and choose that. It should automatically show after.
