How to get program (iContact for example) to work on a Japanese WM6 ppc?

hi - I now have a Japanese WM6 ppc as i moved to Japan recently. Unfortunately when i try to use a lot of the downloads (eg "iContact") which i downloaded from this site, I get an error something like (its in Japanese) "cant open the iContact.exe. The name is not correct or you are missinig a compnent. If this does not resolve, please re-install"

I think the software will work but there is obviously a pointing error or something?

Can anyone give me an idea of how to solve this ?
