I have been hacked about 12 days ago (i think) and i filed a hacking report already...
I'm not here to complain and tell you guys to hurry up with my report since i fully understand that i'm not the only one who have send a report.
So i'm patiently waiting for the respond.
Anyways my hacker got into my account and changed my password good thing he didn't change my email so i had gotten back my account 2 days ago

I checked what he/she took and traded and sold in the marketplace my stuff... and i found all my rares gone...

He traded my stuff to 3 accounts... and i have print screened them...

But i can't find what he has done to my major rare items such as winged anklets, coconut bra, angebow, staff of angels, wild things and etc.
I have reason to believe he might have used the "give as a gift" option so i can't trace what happened to my beloved items,
Is there a way to see my "give as a gift" history?

And i reported the hacking report days before i was able to get back my account,
He/she changed my username.
So i can't change my username unless you guys solved my hacking report problem?

Anyways i used
Daraku Ryuso to report my hacking incident the hacker changed my username kOibitO to broz4life1.

And lastly when i reported my hacking incident i wasn't able to type in all my items since i don't really memorize everything i own... will i be able to get ALL my items back even those i wasn't able to mention in the report?

I'm really sorry it's my first time to get hacked and i have been in gaia for 4 years already and i'm just afraid that i won't be able to get all my hard earned stuff back.

and last question:
what happens to the hacker after?
will his/her account be deleted then his emails be banned from registering to gaia ever again?

My trading pass was disabled for no reason, warning or an explanation about a month ago. I didn't know who to ask or talk to until I was told about this place this afternoon. what can I do to get my pass back.

ok i was hacked on may 12 2008 and well i sent a hacking report using my friends email and i never got a respond! so ive been on google all day trying to fiqure out ways i could try to get my account back. it makes me VERY mad because they didnt take anything just changed my email and password... i wish the admins would hurry up because it shouldnt take so long just to see who was on my account last,,, am i right???
i mean i would seriously pay an admin to get my account back

I was banned for outside trading of gold, though I believe I have never done this. Gaia has failed to tell me what it was that I did exactly. I was never warned or anything prior to this. While I know Gaia CAN ban you with no reason, I didn't think I did anything to bother anyone that much. It bummed me out big time. What can I do to find out what on earth I did wrong and how to avoid doing so again?

is there a way on gaia tht i can see what my email is?
i think some one changed it and i want to know if i forgot or if i was hacked...

Okay, so this morning I was logged into my Gaia account "lttlechkn" and i went to refresh the page and it told me I needed to login. When I tried to login in, it continually told me that my password was incorrect. I know that I am being impatient, but any info would be much appreciated. Also I tried to input all the emails I could think of for a forgotten password, and all of them come back to me saying that email doesn't have an existing account. I am really curious as to what is going on here. I would really like my account back, seeing as to how I have donated a lot of money to Gaia for multiple items.

Hello. My friend referred me to this site.
Anyways, almost a year ago, maybe more like 10 monthes, one of my "friends" somehow got my password and hacked my account. I could not log on for a while, and I didn't know why. I finally got back onto my account and saw that he had traded all my items to himself. I filed a hacking report, but got no answer. I waited a while but nothing happened, and I was very sad because I lost my Three Gwees and my Oculus Magica that I had just bought. I don't remember his name on gaia and I can't check in my trades because it's not there anymore. So, I thought it might be a good idea to ask about this elsewhere.
Is there any possible way to check my full trade history, or to get my items back?
My account name is [~]Willy[~]Wonka[~] and it was the same when I filed a report.

How can I un-blacklist my phone number?
I had it blacklisted a while ago because my phone got locked (I forgot the code D:), but I still kept receiving gaia alerts. Which was annoying, because I would not be able to read them. So I blocked my number. And this week I just got my phone unlocked, so I ask this:

My Gaia Account was hacked couple of weeks ago and submitted a form the same day for you to check it out, but I haven't heard from anybody yet. I think I know who did it and I can see her everyday in Gaia enjoying my gold and items and it doesn't feel good. Did send an email to an admin and they just told me to wait. Till when? It shouldn't take more than a minute to see who logged in to my account, and to whom all the gold and items when???? is that hard. Thank you

I think it's more of a problem that I have--but there's a question I'd like to ask first so I'm using the question form instead of the problem form. Also, this will not be one or two paragraphs; for that, I apologize.

I did a simple keyword search through Google with 'unfairly banned account gaiaonline' and this website was on the first page. ...Is this for real? I thought it would be a lot harder than this to really talk to people who work for Gaia Online. I signed up with yet another banned account issue weighing on me. I'd really appreciate some insight on this, so here is the information I think will be relevant:

I have a main account and several mules from over the years, but I can't quite remember most of them, so the only three accounts I have been using regularly for the past year have been my original Dec 15 2003 account and two others created just this year. Using my main account, I have not transferred any gold to the other two--only items. The items, however, are not cheap. One of the accounts has store-bought items on the more expensive side, and that one along with my main are not banned. However:

From my main account, I transferred a very, very rare item to my newest mule (only one or two weeks old): the Zombie G Corp Labcoat. I also transferred other very valuable items not available in stores to complete the outfit (including a Steel-plated Ninja Band). This is the account that has been banned. It is under the same username as the one I have signed up with here: Pistolradio

I have already e-mailed an inquiry but was pretty short about it; I didn't want to be in hysterics since I understand how many people worry just like me and send in plenty for Gaia staff to read. I'm glad I found this place where I can be a little more clear about myself and what I have been doing with these accounts, although I'm still apprehensive--is it even possible for me to get my items back to my main account? In the past half hour that I've been researching this matter, I have read some very disconcerting things. I am not angry at this point... I was shocked at first, then realized it may be due to the quick transfer of very rare items, and now I am scared that this issue will be another closed case.

I have learned my lesson about transferring such precious things so quickly, which I have read sends flags up for 'botting'.

I used Firefox with the 'IE Tab' plug-in to do the transfers. My main account was in the Firefox tab and my new (now banned) mule was in the IE tab. I was not botting; I was manually entering the passwords for each of these accounts using the cross-browser plug-in for Firefox.

I will answer to any questions anyone has--whatever I can do to safely make my case known and hopefully get my hard-earned items back to my main account. I am comfortable with the open disclosure of the usernames of the accounts if my matter is chosen to be investigated. Thanks in advance to any of the help I'm hoping to receive. Take care.
