My trading pass was disabled for no reason, warning or an explanation about a month ago. I didn't know who to ask or talk to until I was told about this place this afternoon. what can I do to get my pass back.

i just got hacked, my account that was hacked was Aarons_Guitar. i just got hacked 7/24/08 and i need it back soon. also the profile background clearly states "this account has been hacked by script killers."so wouldn't that be a pretty big sign for you guys that should be alerted right away. they first hacked me at 11:48ampst. i have not logged in since because he changed the email and password. please help i at least need to get my account back by 7/31/08 or it may be to late.
i don't mean to seem impatient but my dad and mom are divorced, im not allowed to get on gaia at my dads house because he thinks it screws up the computer. recently he was mobilized in the army and had to go to new jersey to help train new soldiers. i am visiting my mom for a month because i live with my dad now. if i don't get my account back by 7/31/08 then i wont be on for possibly four months if not more which will unfortunately give people plenty of time for someone to re-hack my account without me being able to do anything because i was away for more than a month

i have not been on this website for a while now and i was hacked on gaia and i sent out 3 hacking reports. and none got back to me. today is also my birthday and i asked the people who hacked me ( http://www.gaiaonline.com/profiles/?u... and http://www.gaiaonline.com/profiles/?u... ) to give me back my gaia password but they said they dont remember. They admitted to me that they did it and they said they did not take anything, so all i want now is my password. and them banned *cough cough* lol So please help gaia admins... and dont tell me to send another hacking report because i all ready sent 3. Well my birthday dinner is ready so i will be back on tomorrow. OH and btw i cant just ask for the password to be sent by email because they changed it too. GRRR i hate them >.< oh well Karma will come to them ^.^ lol

ADMINS: if u could please just look at those 2 people (the profiles i gave you) and check IP address and i can almosst garuntee that theirs was on my account last... notify me somehow that you have the password and i will give you my email and you could email it to me! =] Oh btw they told me the password was something stupid with numbers.

Okay, so this morning I was logged into my Gaia account "lttlechkn" and i went to refresh the page and it told me I needed to login. When I tried to login in, it continually told me that my password was incorrect. I know that I am being impatient, but any info would be much appreciated. Also I tried to input all the emails I could think of for a forgotten password, and all of them come back to me saying that email doesn't have an existing account. I am really curious as to what is going on here. I would really like my account back, seeing as to how I have donated a lot of money to Gaia for multiple items.

Please help, for some reason i have my friend's journal entry in my profile. Then when i go to try to delete them, they are not there. The one i made right now is the only thing that is there, also the one I made will not show in my profile

My account: xx_omegafire_xx was banned march10th. I was told there was a code error and thousands of inocent accounts where banned. Could you please look into this?

This deals with a previous account of mine called Shiroi Kokoro no Mendori.

Okay, so here's the backstory. At the beginning of October 2007 I got into a fight with another moderator (Ezra Savage, now just Ezra) in the Gaian Gay and Bisexual Boys Guild, which at that time I helped moderate. This turned into a six page debate among the five or six moderators at that time over whether or not I should be allowed to remain a moderator. Finally, the guild leader (spndx3141) was consulted. He said that I had broken no rules and was not going to be removed. Ezra Savage then told me that he hated me and would do anything to bring me down. He even went so far as to make death threats toward me. Finally, he went to a Site Developer.

That Site Developer was ariesboy571, now CirqueDelFeu, a friend of Ezra Savage's. Ariesboy571 told my guild leader that I had broken TOS for the guilds and would have to be removed from moderatorship. Here's where it got hairy:

First, Gaia rules state:

"Artists, Developers and other staff There are many other people who work hard to make Gaia awesome by creating new features and new art, items and much more for you every day! These people have brown names and may post around the site but [b]will not be able to help with Terms of Service violations[/b] please contact Gaia Moderators and Administrators for assistance."

Ariesboy571, according to the rules of Gaia, violated his privileges.

Secondly, the only complaint ever brought against me in the guild was "Banning people without cause". The Captain's Guild, which holds official guild policies, tells me that all guild crew is authorized to ban any member from their guild at any time for any reason. So I didn't actually break any TOS here.

I asked the global moderator fubenkunai for advice (She is the most helpful mod I've ever talked to on Gaia ever. EVER. Give her a raise.) and she replied thusly:

I was banned on that account an hour later. If I hadn't been banned so quickly, I would have more screenshots to document for you, but if you want to look, you are able to go through my inbox, as ariesboy571 so kindly reminded me. I created a new account, lykongitsachicken. That account was banned within a few hours. My next account was Everybodys Happy Now, which lasted a few days. stopthebanningplease lasted a couple weeks. kaleinh was banned after a few weeks for making a satire post. On none of the other accounts did I make anything that could be a breach of TOS.

Whenever I PM a mod about this, I'm banned because I'm a repeat offender, even if my first bans were in error.

EDIT: To Gaian admins; please feel free to respond in detail here. I've got no qualms at all with private issues being made public. However, my current account on Gaia is I Just wont Die.

I have been trying since October to get ANYTHING that shows someone cares about this flagrant misuse of justice. Please reply. I'm sorry if I come off as ranty.
