Recently active discussions in Gaia Online

I was just in Gaia towns, and was spammed with messages from hackers/scammers about buying gold from other sites and what not. So I took a little trip to the Questions/Assistance message board. And most of the topics were about scammers and hackers.

Gaia has come so far, farther than a lot of online games. But most of the other online games had great support and were quick to resolving problems. You'd inspect a bit more from Gaia. I know theres thousands of players. And it's hard to go through everything. But if it was really SO hard, it takes months to get back to someone... Shouldn't Gaia just hire some more staff? Or have little Mini Mods?

It shouldn't be unnoticed to see someone report a hacker, then ban them. Right? The proof is literally begging for Gaia's attention. But it's pushed aside. And if the hacker/scammer are taken care of. They create another account and continue. Isn't that also trolling and ban evasion? Isn't it possible for Gaia to just IP ban them?

I think i speak for a lot of people when i say its unfair to be banned from gaia after 1 slip up! Its not fair! They should give you a warning at the least! They should also explain why you've been banned! Its only fair!

I'm not sure how I violated the ToS, IT will not let me submit an inquiry to the site what i can do about this?

what can i do to resolve, seeing how i can't submit my inquiry and they have no phone number

My account name is Soriannabell, I've never used off site trading in fact I've actually bought one thing from market recently. A green halter dress. I've been onthe site for alittle over year spent lot's of money. I do alot of market trading to save up items that really rare.

I'm fairly upset...

Not only did I never hack anyone, I have never had any proof to it. I have sent out several e-mails stating this fact and have not heard back once from them. I am a good person, legitimate player and I make a lot of donations and free avi art. I get a lot of gifts and tips sometimes and I make other people accounts and help them with backgrounds. I have been in and out of the hospital recently due to some major back problems and am appalled by what I have been accused of. I am respectfully asking for help in getting my account back.

I am writing asking about if there is any way to contact the actual owner of Gaia about account bannings..

I lost my account from o3 and my account that I had made as a mule

There were loads of items and letters from o3 on.
