What do I do if i was wrongly banned by a hacker on gaia?

My trading pass was disabled for no reason, warning or an explanation about a month ago. I didn't know who to ask or talk to until I was told about this place this afternoon. what can I do to get my pass back.

I think it's more of a problem that I have--but there's a question I'd like to ask first so I'm using the question form instead of the problem form. Also, this will not be one or two paragraphs; for that, I apologize.

I did a simple keyword search through Google with 'unfairly banned account gaiaonline' and this website was on the first page. ...Is this for real? I thought it would be a lot harder than this to really talk to people who work for Gaia Online. I signed up with yet another banned account issue weighing on me. I'd really appreciate some insight on this, so here is the information I think will be relevant:

I have a main account and several mules from over the years, but I can't quite remember most of them, so the only three accounts I have been using regularly for the past year have been my original Dec 15 2003 account and two others created just this year. Using my main account, I have not transferred any gold to the other two--only items. The items, however, are not cheap. One of the accounts has store-bought items on the more expensive side, and that one along with my main are not banned. However:

From my main account, I transferred a very, very rare item to my newest mule (only one or two weeks old): the Zombie G Corp Labcoat. I also transferred other very valuable items not available in stores to complete the outfit (including a Steel-plated Ninja Band). This is the account that has been banned. I have already e-mailed an inquiry but was pretty short about it; I didn't want to be in hysterics since I understand how many people worry just like me and send in plenty for Gaia staff to read. I'm glad I found this place where I can be a little more clear about myself and what I have been doing with these accounts, although I'm still apprehensive--is it even possible for me to get my items back to my main account? In the past half hour that I've been researching this matter, I have read some very disconcerting things. I am not angry at this point... I was shocked at first, then realized it may be due to the quick transfer of very rare items, and now I am scared that this issue will be another closed case.

I have learned my lesson about transferring such precious things so quickly, which I have read sends flags up for 'botting'.

I used Firefox with the 'IE Tab' plug-in to do the transfers. My main account was in the Firefox tab and my new (now banned) mule was in the IE tab. I was not botting; I was manually entering the passwords for each of these accounts using the cross-browser plug-in for Firefox.

I will answer to any questions anyone has--whatever I can do to safely make my case known and hopefully get my hard-earned items back to my main account. I am comfortable with the open disclosure of the usernames of the accounts if my matter is chosen to be investigated. Thanks in advance to any of the help I'm hoping to receive. Take care.

I was permannetaly banned for no reason today at 8 o'clock eastern us time.
I am wandering why I was banned because I WAS warned and I did thank them for the warning, but then when I log in today it says I'm perma banned. My account is Raine Sage TOS. Yes I am a charity owner. I typed a long email for them to read so I can get my account back. : Here is the email they sent me..

Two of my friends on Gaia, TheOceansTide and Ran-Kuhn, were apparently banned because of my stupidity. I had bought gold off-site, which I thought was OK (I have since learned the hard way that it is not). So, I bought them some gifts to be nice to them, and now they are banned.

They shouldn't have been, since they are completely innocent. They had absolutely no idea where I got the gold from. Is there a way to get them un-banned? This is not fair at all!

My main gaiaonline account, angel junkie, was established in 2003. I have worked hard and donated time, money, and effort into this account. I took a hiatus a few years ago and recently came back to gaia. I have worked very very hard to get the items that I have on that account-I had over 700 most event items, mcs, eis, and interactive items-making my account worth a hefty sum of gaian gold. I am proud of the work I put into that account and it was my very first-I've gone through a lot with it and it has been with me through the years. Recently, 7/7/08, I was on my account one minute the next I was kicked off and told to log-in again. Upon attempting to log in the site told me that I was banned and to inquiry@gaiaonline.com. Well I emailed but no response, except the ticket number 212276...I haven't even received an email stating why I am banned. the email address associated with this account is bleu_berrie@hotmail.com. I have also just tried to submit a ticket through a link I found on here that number is 214750 (sorry I didn't know they went to the same place). My mule account which is not banned is angel-s vampyric aura, you can contact me there as well as here or my email account. Please I never would do anything to hurt gaia or go against the tos! I know that I can be banned at anytime for any reason, but I would like to know why and if I can ever get my old account back. I have donated hundreds-if not over a thousand of my hard earned dollars to gaia over the years that's how much i value gaia! Please help me. What is my recourse?

I was wondering about any ways that I could try to get unbanned(if it can that is). or at least any of the other 4 accounts that were banned with my main. (Cause I think that's a little unfair, two of those were my friend's accounts, whom I was trying to help out because of a recent hacking D: )

i was told to come here to get free gaia gold and now i don't know what to do. so im pretty confused.

well i was banned just a short while ago and the reson they gave me is i was buying gaia gold. i was wondering when i ever recived gold then it hit me i was traded items to my account (kradrokra) and someone must have bought them, now i sent in alot of complaints and was ignored just repeating saying i was banned
i dont even know what items i recived where infected so why was i banned i was never even given a clear response now my question is why has gaia online has banned me if iv never done anything wrong, been a member from 04 and always supported the site with MC and donations they could have even just taken the infected items out of my inventory but instead they decided to ban me and gave no evidince at all to me!!
why do they do it like that? why do they ignore the users who plead their innocents

Decided to give one last try. I know there are some Gaia admins and mods that browse this place. My main account "hucklecat" was caught up in the March 10 bans. The last email i received again stated I botted or used methods to obtain gold against Gaias TOS.

Someone please take a look at my trading history and marketplace activity and combine that with what I spent out of pocket for Gaia cash and MC's. It should be pretty straight forward that all of my wealth is from buying and selling honestly. Also, I am not sure if you all look at IP address activity or if it is strictly by account, so keep in mind that I have 2 kids that are active on Gaia and there were times when we were all logged in at the same time and surfing around and trading stuff. We did trades among ourselves because my kids were always asking to borrow something. Shortly before I was banned, I did sell 2 wind blankets for a decent profit but they were purchased and sold legitimately. Come on guys, give me a little help here. One last look?

I have been blocked by gaia on march 10, I have also been hacked once on another account once before. I have not cheated, scummed, spamed, hack, or did anything to break the gaiaonline rules.

I wish to be unbanned as i am an innocent gaiaonliner, and I speak for all the innocent ones that have been blocked on this day and never given back their account.

I love gaiaonline to hang out on, and made some great friends while helping some new players get started by donating them a few K or so as when I was new some people gave me gold too...I also love fishing on there, and was getting a bit better each time.

I'm still too young to go to the casino..So I play the online slot or card game.

It's great knowing you have a whole community not knowing who you really are in the real world...if you're popular, or a geek, if aa jock, or a nerd in the computer lab...

though, there are many that help out...there may be a few that aren't quite nice...but we still support each other...

and all the event on gaia are just wonderful...like on valentines day where you give people kisses... and the water ballon fight in the summer

I understand that there was a small forum created in this situation...they said that they would give all the inccent people their accounts back, in the next few day

I have never donwe anything to break their rules...and I think I have waited long enough as it's almost approching another school year starting and was banned in march. almost half a year.

I wish to have my accounts back...Gaia...I really love the site...plase unban me...as well as all ther other innocent that you have blocked.
