Philippines: Gaia Online images won't load.

Why won't images from Gaia Online (and Friendster) won't load in by browser?

My ISP is Smart Communications, Inc. and for some odd reasons everyone with that ISP have trouble loading images from the said sites. But Globe Telecommunications (the other major ISP in the Philippines) can load perfectly the images.

I found an answer at Yahoo! Answers but is not working either:

I've tried running tracerts at my PC and I've got these!
