Unfair banning due to credit card fraud of another user.

Back in 2005 I was wrongfully banned for "Credit Card Fraud". The problem isn't the fraud issue itself, it's the fact that another Gaia user bought me the monthly letters without even asking my consent. I believe it's unfair because anyone can just buy a person letters, charge back, and get that innocent user banned. This is exactly what I believe happened to me. I've tried many times to submit an inquiry, but haven't gotten more than an automated message back.

Gaia lets users just up and buy other users letters, no questions asked. All they have to do is type in the username on the payment form. I do not even know the person who bought me the letters, and I never even touched the letters to begin with. Is there any way the admins can just taken the letters off my account, and unban me? This is in no way my fault. This payment was clearly made under another account therefore I'm not responsible for what happened. Sorry if I sound like I'm repeating myself, I just want to explain clearly.
