Can't get to PMOG in-game prefs

I am using the newest (beta) version of Flock, and every time I try to get to my "In Game Preferences" to change something, a window pops up telling me "please wait while we load the preference system". Now, I wouldn't mind waiting, but it never goes to anything different.

I don't have any other add-ons or anything, so I have no idea why it won't let me into my prefs. Anyone else run into this?
