Leveling, how and, well, how?

Ok, so this might seem silly, but I'm a noob, and I find that every time I take a mission, I complete it and it does nothing to my exp. (side question, what are DP, and how do I earn them?)

Let me refer you to a few links to get you started:

http://pmog.com/codex/appendices/ [This will contain some useful information in getting you started on how datapoints and other things PMOGian work]

Also,

http://pmog.com/codex/appendices/levels [This lays out the current scheme for leveling. Notice you must both take levels and -earn- a certain amount of datapoints to achieve the next level.]

So, to get from level one to level two, you will need to take and complete two missions and visit 500 websites (1000 datapoints). Realize though, that you can only visit and receive points for the same website once every 24 hours. So, you will get 2 datapoints for visiting Google today, but you can't earn more points for visiting Google until tomorrow.
