PMOG n00b: got the toolbar, but nothing's *happening* in the missions...
the pmog toolbar installed okay, but not seeing anything on screen to indicate where to go after the first page of a 'mission'. After cruising the FAQs, I uninstalled adblockplus to try to get something happening, but nothing's changed. I've got the old del.icio.us extension, using ff1.5 on fedora 6. Thoughts?

Inappropriate?I found that some missions just break... try the pmog created ones (toolbar tour) and see what happnes.

Inappropriate?nah, I tried the toolbar tour first. clicking 'take this mission' lands me in the shoppe, and that's it. Evidently I'm missing something outrageously basic, or it's some kind of linux/firefox issue. Thanks for the advice, though

Inappropriate?Upgraded to firefox 2.0.0.12. No improvement. Not gaining datapoints for surfing (that should be happening, right?), not able to go on missions, but the toolbar is displayed and I've logged in successfully.
I’m surfin the web aimlessly

Inappropriate?i'm having the same exact problem. I disabled adblock, but that didn't help any. I'm confused. I already hit a portal, and that worked fine, but when I accept missions, it just takes me to one page, and that's it.
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I'm having the same problem. PMOG's the only Firefox addon I'm using, so it's not an addon problem. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.6 on Ubuntu 7.10; I'll try Firefox 3 to see if that works.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Update - it's now working. No idea why -- maybe the admins will give us the pleasure of some insider information. I already tried repeatedly logging out and back in yesterday, and haven't tried anything new or made any new changes to my system config.
Note also that when I was unable to get the toolbar working, I did not get any response when I clicked the eyeball to pause the mission. I now get a response: a closed eye and a message that the game is paused.
I am also now accruing datapoints as I surf.
Hope others with this problem will post updates. For reference, again, I'm on fedora core 6 + firefox 2.0.0.12.
I’m happily geeking it up

Inappropriate?well, mine started working yesterday as well, but I didn't change anything either. something must have gotten fixed. I noticed last night that when it started working, I was accruing data points for each page I visited on a website, and now this morning, it's only adding points for the top level domains I visit, as it should be. They may have updated the game yesterday.
I’m thankful and happily browsing

Inappropriate?I had this problem and began testing to see which add-ons might cause this. It worked for me once I disabled FireTitle - disable your add-ons one at a time and see if those might work for you.
Cheers
I’m happy and distratcted
